| 摘 要： | 案件管理工作与刑事诉讼法的关系十分密切,刑事诉讼法的修改对案件管理工作的管辖权、办案期限、案件流程、法律文书、证据制度等方面提出了更全面的要求,唯有提高全体干警业务水平,用先进的工作理念、全新的职能定位和工作方式从事案件管理,才能更好地依照相关规定对案件质量评查及案件综合考评进行全新考量,体现实行案件专门管理的初衷和目的.

| Abstract: | The relationship between cases management and criminal procedure law is very close. The revision of Criminal Procedure Law puts forward more comprehensive requirements to the jurisdiction, deadline for handling a case, case process, legal documents, and evidence system of case management. Only through comprehensively improving all the police officers＇ professional competence, and handling case management with advanced working concept, new functions of the position and working methods can we make a consideration on cases quality comments and comprehensive cases evaluation according to the program of Criminal Procedure Law, reflect the original intention and purpose of implementing specialized case management. |
