Discussion on the Benefit of Criminal Investigation

To put the benefits of criminal investigation forward is that the economics method permeates to the law, an economic approach to the law, and also one of the principles that modern criminal investigation must follow to. Analyzing the practice of Chinese criminal investigation by applying the economic analysis theories of law, we can find that the practice of Chinese criminal investigation has obvious disadvantages including high cost, low performance which needs the urgent solution. We hope that we can dispose the investigation resources to maximize the criminal investigation benefits.
