| 摘 要： | 随着公安教育体制和学校内部管理体制的改革，公安院校学生档案的内容已不适应公安教育工作的需要。本文旨在通过对学生档案内容改革的阐述，强调公安院校作为培养现代警官的基地，应该适应新时期向教育要素质、要警力的要求，培养２１世纪公安工作的合格人才。

The article expounds the content reform of the student file and stresses on that police academies, as the base to forester modem police officers, should meet the needs to ask education for quality and police forces and foster qualified talents for the police work in the 21st century. |
