| 摘 要： | 在社会主义和谐社会的建设过程中,就业困难人员的就业问题是关系到公民基本人权、社会繁荣稳定、国家长治久安的大问题。2008年1月1日《就业促进法》正式实施,该法直接确定了针对就业困难人员的诸多援助措施,但在当前的法律语境下,促进就业困难人员就业的法律保障如何得以实现,是值得我们深思的问题。
