美日创业文化对创业投资发展影响的比较及借鉴

创业文化是影响创业投资成败及快速发展的一个重要因素。创业文化的不同 ,导致与之相应的创业投资的发展轨迹和效果也不同。奉行“拿来主义”并曾获得巨大成功的日本 ,将世界上创业投资最发达、最活跃的美国的创业投资模式“拿”到了日本 ,经过几十年的发展 ,虽然其创业投资总额仅次于美国位居世界第 2位 ,但是 ,其创业投资的内含却与美国有着很大的差异。并且 ,具有日本特色的创业投资也没有像美国那样 ,使创业资本真正成为本国高新科技企业发展的原动力 ,创业投资本身所蕴含的巨大能量和效应在日本未能被充分地释放和利用。究其原因 ,美日特有的文化 ,尤其是创业文化在其中起了至关重要的作用。

Finally, the author gives the suggestions on how to construct the venture culture environment in China.
