| 摘 要： | 在公安高校学生教育管理工作中,激励是一条重要的途径。通过了解学生的需要,从目标、情感、团体、榜样等四个方面入手对学生实施适度的激励,可以更好地调动学生的主动性和积极性,有助于公安高校警务化管理的贯彻实施,从而增强学生管理工作的针对性和实效性。
