| 摘 要： | 有理由预计,我国加入WTO后,国内的反倾销案件必然增加,而我国现行反倾销立法在反倾销的主管机构、立案规定、调查与裁定程序、复审与诉讼体制等方面均有不足之处。因此,我国应针对反倾销法在程序规定方面的不足,加快相关立法步伐。

| Abstract: | It is justifiably estimated that the cases of antidumping will necessarily increase in our country after the entrance into WTO. However, the legislation of antidumping in our country has its inefficiencies in many aspects, such as the office in charge, regulations of registering a case, procedure of investigation and adjudication, retrial and system of action, etc. As a result, the concerned legislation should be made accordingly. |
