相互认同的自治性团体的建立是构建法律职业共同体的基础,尊重传统是构建法律职业共同体的动力源泉,法律职业者相对的独立性、相似的法律思维方式、高度的同质性和凝聚力以及共同的利益诉求是法律职业共同体发挥作用的必要条件。考察英国律师学院制度的历史旨在对当前中国法律职业共同体的建设提供某种有益的借鉴。

The Historical Review on Inns of Court System in England

This article focuses on the introduction of the development and evolution,organization and management,educational method and status quo of Inns of Court System in England.Through the historical review,the author holds the view that the establishment of self-ruled societies with mutual conformity forms the basis of legal professional community.Respecting tradition is the driven force to construct legal professional community,and legal professionals play a key role in legal professional community with their relative independence,similar legal thinking methods,highly homologue and cohesion as well as common interests.Furthermore,the author also hopes that the reviw shall be beneficial to the reference for the construction of Chinese legal professional community at present.
