| Abstract: | In building the competent team of personnel of the CPC and government, we should adhere to the following "five requirements", namely: studying for knowledge, practice for exploration, thinking for facts, borrowing mind for wisdom, systematization for optimization. This "five requirements" from the inside to the outside, from the easy to the difficult, constitutes the only way to train the competent personnel of the CPC and the government. |
