| 摘 要： | 20世纪90年代以来,"金新月"地区毒品向我渗透活动日益加剧,从破获的案件看,其走私贩运毒品愈来愈显现出国际化的突出特点,对我国构成了极大威胁,使得国内毒品问题日益复杂,进而改变了全国禁毒格局.面对我国毗邻"金新月"毒源地的现实,堵源截流,加强国际禁毒合作是解决我国现阶段毒品问题的有效途径之一.目前,在上海合作组织框架内开展与中亚国家间的禁毒合作已取得初步成效,进一步广泛、深入地加强与周边国家的禁毒合作是维护我国新疆地区安全的重要保障.

| Abstract: | Ever since 1990s,drug smuggling from Golden Crescent area to China has been aggravated.And the smuggling cases get more depending on international network,which make big threat to our country.Drug problems are more complex in China,which have changed the drug control situation nationwide.Since China is close to Golden Crescent,it's an effective way to enhance transnational cooperation on drug control to cut off the resource and distribution channel.Now,SCO countries are working together with mid-Asian count... |
