| Abstract: | Cyber gambling crime has appeared more and more high-tech and high-intelligent tendency on not only the developing ways of agent and dealer or gambler but also gambling funds circulation and bettor.The paper reveals the new trends of cyber gambling crime by its concept and characteristics introduced,then elaborates the countermeasures how to guard against cyber gambling crime. |
