| 摘 要： | 当前,公安监管工作与新时期、新任务的要求存在着一定的差距。上海市公安局浦东新区看守所为开创公安监管工作的新局面,规范了岗位操作程序,改革了勤务模式,强化了职业教育培训,推行了岗位责任制度,完善了激励保障机制等。

| Abstract: | At present, there is a certain difference between the work of supervising prisoners in the bribecell and the demand of the new period. In order to open a new prospect of the work of supervising prisoners in the bribecell, Pudong bribecell of Shanghai public security bureau has standardized the working procedure, reformed the service model, strengthened the professional education, carried out the responsibility system, and perfected the inspiring mechanism. |
