| 摘 要： | 对领导干部进行基本国情教育是中央赋予干部学院的基本职能之一。中国井冈山干部学院要搞好基本国情教育,一是要把握中国国情变化的特点,努力增强干部基本国情教育的时代性;二是要把握学院的特点,努力增强干部基本国情教育的独特性;三是要把握干部队伍结构、素质变化的特点,努力增强干部基本国情教育的针对性。

| Abstract: | To carry out the education on basic national conditions for leading cadre is one of the basic functions of the executive leadership academies. To do well the work of education on basic national conditions,China Executive Leadership Academy Jinggangshan （ CELAJ） ought to,firstly,master the characteristics of change of Chinese national conditions and improve the times feature of the education on basic national conditions; secondly,master the characteristics of the Academy and improve the uniqueness of the education on basic national conditions; thirdly,master the characteristics of change of the structure and qualities of the cadre team and improve the pertinence of the education on basic national conditions. |
