| Abstract: | Under the background of economic globalization, we should follow correct principles in the legal construction of Chinese judicial appraisal and make adjustments according to these principles. In the contingent building of the judicial authentication should the international standards be followed. And the procedures of judicial appraisal should be cohesive with the reforms of litigation and evidence systems. |
