| 摘 要： | 加入WTO对我国既是机遇又是挑战,跨国商业交往将不断增多。本文从我国对外贸易法、外资法、服务贸易法、知识产权法等方面论证了我国法律与WTO规则之间的差距,提出了完善我国法律制度的具体对策。

| Abstract: | The accession to the WTO is both opportunity and the challenge to china, as a result of this multinational business exchange is increasing. The present paper demonstrates the distance between the Chinese law and WTO regulations, which is lying in the foreign trade law, foreign capital law, trade in service law and intellectual property law, and puts forward concrete measures of how to perfect our law to adapt itself to the WTO regulations. |
