当前侦查合成战中的问题与对策思考

作为打击犯罪的一种新型工作模式,侦查合成战不仅仅是对各警种、部门乃至其他社会部门人力、物力的简单相加,还应当包括观念提升、队伍建设、机制保障、绩效考评等更高维度的内容。当前侦查合成战在思想认识、工作机制、工作方式等方面存在着一些问题,制约了侦查工作的开展。围绕此类问题开展破题。将有利于提升侦查工作效能,提升公安机关打击犯罪的能力。

Problems and Countermeasures in Current Synthetic Investigation Warfare

As a new work mode against crimes, synthetic investigation warfare is not a simple addition of all police forces, departments, and the manpower and material resources of other social sectors. It should also include awareness enhancement, team construction, mechanism guarantee, performance appraisal and other more sophisticated dimensions. In current synthetic investigation warfare, there are some problems in cognition, work mechanism, and work methods, which restrict the implementation of investigation. Solving these problems will enhance the efficiency of investigation and promote public security agencies’ ability to combat crimes.
