| 摘 要： | 党的先进性建设必然落脚到群众工作上,群众工作的好坏标志着党的先进性建设的成败。要加强和改进群众工作,必须动员全党树立新的群众工作观念,建立和完善群众工作新机制,努力提高群众工作的本领,使广大人民群众成为党最雄厚的执政基础。

| Abstract: | The essential end-result of the Party's progressiveness building is mass work,which indicates the succeess or failure of the former.In order to enhance and perfect mass work,much work should be done,such as mobilzing the whole Party to build up new mass work concept,setting up new mass work mechanism,improving the ability of mass work,and making the mass group of people be the most solid administrative basis. |
