| 摘 要： | 职位分类是监狱人民警察队伍专业化建设的基础。监狱人民警察的职位分类必须要从监狱工作实际出发,循序渐进,逐步完善,力求方法简便易行。在职位分类中要遵循系统、动态和对应等原则,按照一定的程序进行。进行职位调查,搜集与职位相关的背景信息,选择工作标杆,收集职位信息,对职位分类信息综合处理。

| Abstract: | The position classification is foundation of specialization construction of jail people＇s police troop,the position classification must embark from the actual jail work,proceed in an orderly way,consummate gradually,make every effort for the easy method.Principles must be followed in the position classification：systematic,tendency and correspondence,carries on according to certain procedure.We should carry on the position investigation,collection and background information related the position,and choose the work range pole,collect position information,and carry on the position classification information synthesis management. |
