21世纪之交,我国高等教育专科、本科专业设置目录中赫然出现了禁毒学专业,这是禁毒学人不懈努力的成就。然而,和所有学科建设与发展的初期一样,禁毒学也存在一系列诸多有待解决的问题。本文涉及禁毒学的概念,学科性质、以及研究对象、理论体系和重大意义等基本问题的探讨,试图建立一个关于禁毒学的基本认知基础和框架结构,以求推动禁毒学学科的发展和建设。

Issues on Drug Control Science

There is a tremendous success for the researchers of drug control in the beginning of 21 century,that is,the major of drug control science came into the list of majors in higher education of China.However,the drug control science has to be faced with many challenges in its early developing stage like other subjects.The article deals with the definition,nature,objects of the research,theoretical system,significance and other basic issue. It is trying to establish a framework of the science to accelerate the development of it.
