| 摘 要： | 原先公有制企业实行的职工代表大会制度是具有中国特色的工人参与企业管理的一种形式。若干年来,职工代表大会制度对维护职工合法权益、促进企业和基层民主的发展产生并继续产生着重要的作用。职工代表大会不仅适用于非公有制企业,而且应当成为非公有制企业民主管理的基本形式。

| Abstract: | The workers congress system carried out by the former public ownership enterprises is one kind of form for the workers to participate in the business administration with the Chinese characteristics. The workers congress system has produced and shall continueproducing the important functions on the maintenance of the legitimate rights and interests of the workers and staff members and the promotion of the basic level democracy. The workers congress system is not only applicable to the non- public ownership enterprises, but also it has become the basic form of the democratic management of the non- public ownership enterprises. |
