| 摘 要： | 任何社会的法治都具有时代特征,它必须与现有的社会文化条件相适应并随着这些社会文化条件的变化而变化。一种法律制度只有准确反映社会发展的主题和基本趋势,才能成为社会发展的推动力量,并为自身的发展获得强大的生命力。在中国社会建立法治,必须研究中国民族文化,分析中国法治建设存在与发展的文化生态环境。

| Abstract: | The rule of law in different societies is with different charicteristics.It has to fit and vary with social culture conditions.The legal system will to be the impitus of social develepment just as it relectes subjedt and trend of social development correctly.The legal system will obtain powerful life force.The construction of the rule of law must research on Chinese national culturel,and analysis its culture ecological environment. |
