完善乡村治理机制的思考与建议

加强农村民主政治建设,完善建设社会主义新农村的乡村治理机制,既是社会主义新农村建设的内容,又是社会主义新农村建设的重要保障。改革开放二十多年来,我国乡村治理机制发生了根本性的改变,初步形成了多元治理结构。但是,目前我国乡村治理还存在诸多问题。本文对目前我国乡村治理存在的问题及其原因进行了分析,并就如何完善乡村治理机制提出具体建议。

The cosideration and advice on the country government

strengthening of rural democracy and improving of new socialist village governance is not only the contents of constructing new socialist countryside but also the important safeguards of constructing new socialist countryside.After 20 years of reforming and opening to the world,the rural governance has undergone a fundamental change and meanwhile a diverse management structure has initially formed in china.However,there still have many problems in the current village governance.In this paper,the author try to analysis the reasons of the problems in the current village governance and give some suggestions for improving the village governance.
