| 摘 要： | 本文通过分析民族习惯法所具有的基本特征,探究了民族习惯法在调控民族群体的生产、生活方面的积极意义以及民族习惯法与国家法律间的互补关系,提出应继续发挥民族习惯法积极向上的社会功用,努力消除其可能给社会造成的负面影响。

| Abstract: | This paper, on the base of the fundamental characteristics of customary laws, stud-
ies their functions in the regulation of minorities' production and living, and the relationship be-
tween them and the state law. The paper points out that the positive functions should be kept on
in their societies while the negative ones be removed as many as possibly. |
