| 摘 要： | 当前职务犯罪情报信息工作中还存在观念滞后、机构缺失、手段落后、专业化程度不高等诸多问题,影响和制约了职务犯罪侦查工作的深入发展,因此必须构建以专门机构、专职人员、专有平台、专业机制为基础模块的职务犯罪情报信息机制。应深入探讨职务犯罪情报信息机制构建的具体举措及其在情报导侦中的实战运用,以期推进职务犯罪侦查水平进一步发展,实现职务犯罪侦查能力的跨越式提升。

| Abstract: | There are many problems,such as old-fashioned ideas,incomplete of organization,old-fashioned means,and low professional,which affect and hinder the course of duty criminal investigation.Therefore,information mechanism of duty criminal should be built based on specialized agency,full-time staff,specialized platform and mechanism.An intensive research should be conducted on the adoption and measures of information mechanism of duty criminal to fulfill the improvement of duty criminal investigation ability. |
