| 摘 要： | 公安机关要坚持与时俱进,维护安定团结的局面,为农村小康建设创造稳定的政治环境;要恪守实事求是,深化严打整治斗争,为农村小康建设创造良好的治安环境;要立足开拓创新,加快体制改革,为农村小康建设提供良好的政务环境;要着眼持续发展,加强精神文明建设,为农村小康建设营造良好的人文环境。

| Abstract: | The public security organs should insist on advancing with the time and safeguarding the stable and united situaton to build the steady political environment for the construction of the rural well-to-do.Establishing a good public security environment for the construction requires that the organs abide by and seek truth from facts to deepen the attacks of crimes.Offering a good adminstration environment for the construction requires the organs accelerate system reform which bases on pioneering and inventing.To establish a good humane environment for the construction,the organs should promote cultural and ideological progress with a mind of continuous development. |
