领导就是服务，领导的根本问题是领导和群众的关系问题，归根结底是为谁服务的问题，领导制度，组织制度问题更带有根本性，全局性，稳定性和长期性，而原则性，系统性，预见性和创造性是对领导工作的基本要求，要建设高素质的干部队伍就必须实现干部队伍的革命化，年轻化，知识化，专业化，从而使领导干部提负起中华民族伟大复兴的历史重任。

Leading is serving.The basic question od leadership is relationship between leaders and masses.Fundamentally,it is a question of whom to serve.System of leadership and organizational system should be fundamental,overall,stable and long-lasting;leadership is required to be principled,systematic,foreseeing and creative;to construct a team of leaders of high quality,we must make it revolutionized,young in age,learned and specialized so that our leaders can shoulder the historical task of rejuvenating the Chinese nation.
