| 摘 要： | 社区矫正机制是一个系统工程,体现着一种新的矫正理念,是对现有司法资源的科学整合。社区矫正机制可构建为管理机制和具体的社区矫正机构,各部门应按照自己的职责,履行自己的义务,行使自己的权力,使社区矫正机制成为一个完整的系统体系,各个方面的工作协调运行,以较小的矫正成本投入获得较大的矫正绩效,实现社区矫正工作目标。

| Abstract: | The community correction mechanism is an engineering system,which manifests a kind of new correction idea,is scientific conformity to the existing judicial resources.The community correction mechanism includes management system and the concrete organization,various departments should defer to their own responsibilities,fulfill their duties,exercise their authority,make the mechanism become one complete system,by smaller cost,we obtain the achievements,and realize the work goal. |
