| Abstract: | A survey of 2001 shows that a number of problems exist in non-prosecution work of Beijing procuratorates, such as the conditions of applying non-prosecution, the drafting of the documents of non-prosecution, etc.. It is therefore suggested that efforts be made especially in the quality of case handling and in the application process of non-prosecution, so as to strengthen and improve the system. |
