广西与东盟对外承包工程发展现状、问题及建议——基于外汇管理视角

对外承包工程是广西与东盟经贸交往的重要形式，也是广西涉外经济的重要组成部分。大力发展广西与东盟的对外承包工程业务，是发挥广西区位优势、推动经贸强区的重要举措，也是落实“十二五”规划，把广西建成与东盟合作新高地的必然要求。本文基t~l-9-管理视角，对2007年中国一东盟自由贸易区《服务贸易协议》签署以来广西与东盟对外承包工程发展现状、问题进行分析，并提出相关对策建议。

Development Status, Problems and Suggestions of Foreign Contracted Projects between Guangxi and ASEAN——Based on Perspective of Foreign Exchange Management

Foreign contracted projects is an important form of economic and trade exchanges between Guangxl and ASEAN, is also an important part of Guangxi＇s foreign economic. To promote the development of foreign contracted projects between Guangxi and ASEAN vigorously is an important action to play location advantage in Guangxi and promote trade and economic, but also inevitable requirement of implementation of the ＂12th Five-Year Plan＂ and building new heights between Guangxi and ASEAN. Based on perspective of foreign exchange management, the text analyzes development status and problem of foreign contracted projects between Guangxi and ASEAN since the signing of the service trade agreement of China-ASEAN free trade zone in 2007, and puts forward relevant policy suggestions.
