摘    要:2005年4月27日,十届全国人大会常委会第十五次会议审议通过了《中华人民共和国公务员法》,填补了我国法律体系的一个空白。《公务员法》在考试录用的原则、范围、具体要求方面继承了《国家公务员暂行条例》的有关规定,在报考条件、录用程序方面作了补充修改或创新,并删去了考试录用中某些不合理的具体规定,使《公务员法》较之《公务员暂行条例》更加科学。

Abstract:Public Servant Law of the People's Republic of China, which was passed through deliberation in the 15th session of the 10th Standing Committee of the National People's Congress on April 27th, 2005, filled up a blank of law system in our country. Public servant law has inherited some relevant provisions of Temporary Regulation of National Public Servant in the aspects of principles, scopes, specific requirements about examination and employment, deleted some irrational stipulations, thus grown more scientific than temporary regulation.
