提高我国高校学生体质健康水平的科学体育锻炼方法

摘    要:现阶段我国高校学生体质健康方面存在的问题有:学生肥胖人数增加,肺活量下降,心血管机能水平下降,耐力素质下降,下肢肌肉爆发力下降,弹跳力下降,速度素质下降,上、下肢力量薄弱等。造成以上问题主要包括学生自身、家庭及应试教育原因、体育场馆设施缺乏等方面的原因。为此,要使学生树立科学体育锻炼的理念,采取科学体育锻炼方法,提高体质健康水平。

Abstract:At present,there are some problems about healthiness and constitution of students of universities in China.The number of obesity increases at the same time of declining vital capacity,enginery of cardiovascular system,resistance quality,explosive force of lower limbs muscle,speed quality and limbs force.The problems are caused by students themselves,their family,education for an entrance examination and short of stadium and gymnasium.Therefore,we should help students build up the concept of scientific physical exercise and adopt proper methods in order to improve healthiness and constitution.
