Although the Cold War era is a period of saber-rattling between United State-pole and Soviet Union-pole, it's a comparatively stable era from the perspective of international relations. After the collapse of the Soviet Union and its satellite countries, the world entered a era of post-Cold War. On the background of this kind of era in which there is no great wars but constant conflicts, the globle conflicts mainly focus on three areas, the broken belt which made by the collapse of the Soviet Union, the Islamic arced belt and the subcontinent of South Asian area. The form of new conflict sources of international security make the international security structure change and split up,meanwhile, China is also faced with great opportunities and challenges in the region of foreign affairs and security.
