| Abstract: | The key points of trade union work in merged universities and colleges include building up a harmonious human relations environment for teachers,so as to develop universities and colleges rich in energy and to secure the realization of educational and teaching goals.In order to improve the effectiveness of trade union work,we should respect teachers' individuality and make efforts to strengthen the intercourse level of teachers and staff. |
