| 摘 要： | 目前,高职院校法制教育没有充分发挥培育学生尚法理念主渠道作用,而尚法理念教育和提升学生素质、建设民主法制国家、构建和谐社会密切相关。因此,创新法制教育,培育学生尚法理念势在必行。
