| 摘 要： | 经过几十年的发展,美国中小企业信用担保体系已相当完善。我国中小企业信用担保体系起步较晚,体系不健全。因此,有必要借鉴其先进经验,并结合我国的国情,探索符合我国实际的信用担保体系,以推动我国中小企业快速发展。

| Abstract: | Through several decades of development,the credit guarantee system of American small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs) has been very perfect.The credit guarantee system of SMEs in our country starts much later and is less perfect.Therefore,it is necessary for us to draw lessons from its advanced experience and contribute to setting up a similar system for SMEs of our country so that the SMEs in our country can be developed quickly. |
