高校校园安全管理的若干探索

高校校园安全涉及学校正常教学、科研和生活秩序的方方面面，营造稳定、文明、健康、和谐的育人环境，对促进“平安校园”的建设具有重要的意义。高校要以新的眼光和新的视野探究高校校园安全，在软件和硬件上齐下工夫，以科学的公共管理理论着力改善体系和机制，在预防和治理上狠下功夫，确保校园的长治久安。

On Security Management of University Campuses

Campus security plays a key role in the normalcy of teaching, resear-chconducting and life order. Therefore, it is of great importance to build up a stable, civilized, healthy and harmonious environ- ment for the better construction of ＂safe campus＂. Colleges and universities should explore new ways to guarantee campus security in the long run, such as applying scientific public management theory, impro- ving mechanism and system, as well as taking precaution and prevention.
