| 摘 要： | 抽象行政行为作为政府的主要行为,与公民的权益紧密相关。而现行的监督机制对其收效甚微。本文结合司法实践和国外经验,指出加强抽象行政行为事后监督的必要性和可行性,以求完善我国抽象行政行为的监督机制,更好地保护公民的合法权益。
