| 摘 要： | 犯罪嫌疑人在侦查讯问中的诉讼权利问题,一直是诉讼法学界和司法实务界密切关注的焦点问题。探讨侦查讯问过程中犯罪嫌疑人诉讼权利的基本构成,解析犯罪嫌疑人诉讼权利保障存在的主要问题,提出犯罪嫌疑人诉讼权利保障的对策建议,对于进一步深化犯罪嫌疑人诉讼权利保障问题的研究,具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。

| Abstract: | The problem of criminal suspects' litigious rights in the investigative interrogation has long been a focus of the circle of procedural law and judicial practice. Making a probe into the basic formation of criminal suspects' litigious rights during the interrogative process, analyzing some existing problems of how to safeguard the suspects' litigious rights and putting forward some legislative suggestions will have theoretical and practical significance in the further study of this problem. |
