| 摘 要： | 心理是对客观现实的反映。WTO法律规则体系所体现的价值取向理念与中国的社会传统存在着巨大的差异。市场经济体制确立给中国带来的是全新的社会环境,每一个人都在经受着心理层面上的冲突与重新适应的过程。这是一个必经的、不能回避的程。
