| 摘 要： | 随着网络的高速发展,网络交易在我们的日常生活中俞益发挥着不可替代的作用。但与此同时,由于我国在信息化建设以及网络技术等方面还非常的不完善,网络交易中卖家钻着法律漏洞,利用网络销售假冒伪劣商品行为比比皆是。这在很大程度上,损害了网络消费者的合法权益,也不利于建立公平、安全、健康、和谐的网络交易环境。我们必须认真面对如何有效解决利用网络销售假冒伪劣商品这一难题,以促进网络交易市场的健康成长和良性发展。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of the network, network transactions plays an irreplaceable role in our daily lives. At the same time, due to the imperfect development of information and network technology, network transactions sellers take the advantage of legal loopholes, and sell counterfeit and shoddy goods on the network. This kind of phenomenon, to a large degree, undermined the legitimate rights and interests of online consumers and is harmful to the establishment of a fair, safe, healthy and harmonious online trading environment. We must seriously consider how to solve the problems effectively in order to promote healthy growth and development of online trading market. |
