| 摘 要： | 生产、销售伪劣产品罪的客观行为包括掺杂、掺假,以假充真,以次充好或者以不合格产品冒充合格产品,其行为对象是伪劣产品。实践中,正确认定生产、销售伪劣产品罪的客观行为、行为对象以及销售金额是认定本罪的关键。

| Abstract: | An objective act of crimes of producing and marketing fake or substandard commodities include mixing impurities into or adulterates the products, passes a fake product off as a genuine one, a defective product as a high-quality one, or a substandard product as a standard one. The object of the act is fake or substandard commodities. The objective act, object and the amount of earnings from sales are the decisive problems on determining the crimes of producing and marketing fake or substandard commodities. |
