The Scientification of the Investigation Methods of Intellectual Property Crimes

Science and technology is increasingly becoming the first driving force of the development of a country’s economic,so the protection of intellectual property rights is the key elements of the construction on rule of law in all countries.In order to provide the powerful criminal protection on intellectual property for effectively dealing with the new changes of the intellectual property crimes in China,and in order to better adapt to the ever-deepening mechanism of the international cooperation on the criminal investigation enforcement of the intellectual property rights crimes,it is necessary that the Criminal Investigation department carries out the scientific reforms and adjustments on the traditional inrestigation methods of the intellectual property crimes.
