| 摘 要： | 越南刑事侦查阶段设立了与审查起诉和审判阶段一样的辩护制度,辩护人在侦查阶段享有丰富的辩护权。越南在侦查阶段辩护制度的立法和实践所产生的积极效果和存在的问题对我国构建侦查阶段辩护制度具有借鉴意义。
