| Abstract: | The putting forward of socialism harmonious is of further and development of the socialist theory with Chinese characten'stics.The predominance power is government,the key factor is government's ability of public credit for the construction of harmonious society.The measures for enhancing government's ability of public credit are of multi-levels,however,the most important one is to transfer its notion with indeed and propel the creative of system. |
