| 摘 要： | 中国的发展需要东盟国家的稳定与繁荣,东盟的发展也从中国的发展中受益。近年来,中国与东盟双方在政治与安全、经济与贸易、国际与地区事务中的合作不断深化和拓展的同时,也出现了一些有碍于中国与东盟合作双方进一步深化合作的新问题。中国与东盟双方只有不断的加强了解和沟通,坚持在"和谐世界"理念旗帜下持久深入的发展双方的合作,求同存异,才能构建新型的睦邻友好关系,实现双方的互利双赢。
