论“同心”思想的内涵与功能

“同心”思想涵盖了从思想观念、价值目标到具体行为的具体原则和求。“同心”思想的根本求在于谋求理念信念、价值取向、行为准则以及目标追求的一致性。政治性、群众性和包容性是“同心”思想的显著特征。和谐哲学是“同心”思想的深层内核、哲学基础。“同心”思想的功能在于：增强共识，为统一战线奠定思想基础；明确方向，为统一战线奠定政治基础；统一行动，为统一战线奠定实践基础。为贯彻科学发展观对巩固壮大统一战线的时代求，必须全面落实“同心”思想。这是推进新时期统一战线理论和实践的迫切需。为此，必须努力做到：把握“同心”思想的精神实质，提高统战文化建设水平；领会“同心”思想的重特征，把握好统战工作中“多样性”与“一致性”的关系；明确“同心”思想的具体求，深入推进“同心”行动。

On the Connotation and Functions of the “Same Mind” Thought

The ＂same mind＂ thought covers concrete principles and requirements from idea, value target to con- crete action. The basic requirement of the ＂same mind＂ thought is to seek for the consistency in idea, value ori- entation, criterion of conduct, and goal pursuance. Political nature, mass people orientation and inclusiveness are notable characteristics of the ＂same mind＂ thought. The harmony philosophy is the in -depth kernel and philo- sophical basis of the ＂same mind＂ thought. The function of the ＂same mind＂ thought is to enhance common un- derstanding,laying the ideological foundation for the united front; to ensure the direction, laying the political foundation for the united front;and to unify actions, laying the practical foundation for the united front. To fulfill the requirement of the Scientific Outlook on Development on consolidating and expanding the united front, we must carry through the ＂same mind＂ thought in all respects. This is an urgent requirement for advancing the the- ory and practice of the united front in the new period. For this reason, all Party members must, first, grasp the spiritual essence of the ＂same mind＂ thought to improve the level of building the united front culture ; second, understand the important characteristics of the ＂same mind＂ thought, so as to grasp the relation between ＂diver- sity＂ and ＂consistency＂ in the work of united front;and third,clearly realize the specific requirements of the ＂same mind＂ thought and deeply boost the action of ＂same mind＂.
