| 摘 要： | 农村土地的调整实质是对利益的调整,除特殊情形外．原则上农村的土地是不能进行相应调整的、但现实生活的发展超出了法律的预测．法律的规定相对于现实生活来说存在一定的滞后性，应当赋予农民合理调整土地的权利，并积极构建合理的土地调整制度.

| Abstract: | The essence of rural land adjustment is the benefit adjustment.According to the present legal regulations,it's forbidden to make corresponding adjustments to rural land except some special circumstances.However,the development of real life has surpassed the legal forecast,so the legal stipulations have lagged behind the reality and it's necessary to entrust farmers with the rights to reasonably adjust the land and actively construct reasonable land adjustment system. |
