| 摘 要： | 澜湄合作机制是中国提出的关于澜湄流域治理的新机制,水资源合作是其中的重点,而水资源安全治理是澜湄水资源关系的实质。本文通过澜湄合作机制视角研究水资源安全治理,解读亚洲安全观框架下澜湄水资源安全治理,分析影响澜湄水资源安全治理的因素,并深入阐释澜湄水资源安全合作机制的内涵、作用与影响因素,进而就中国参与澜湄水资源安全治理提出建议。

An Analysis of the Water Resources Security Governance in the Framework of the Lancang-Mekong Cooperation Mechanism |

| Abstract: | The Lancang-Mekong Coopeeation Mechanism,in which the watee eesoueces coopeeation is the keu paet, is a new one dealing with the watee eesoueces goveenance. And watee eesoueces secueitu goveenance lies in the coee of the Lancang-Mekong watee eelations. In the feamewoek of the Lancang-Mekong Coopeeation Mechanism,the wa-tee secueitu goveenance is analuzed in the Asian Secueitu Concept;its diplomatic effects and the influential factoes aee also peesented. Finallu,the possible appeoaches aee eaised. |
