| Abstract: | This paper illustrates some examples in practice and makes a probe into some knotty problems about counterfeiting offenses in judicial determination as follows: whether counterfeiting foreign currencies, token notes or bonds, and valuable securities will constitute counterfeiting offenses; whether counterfeiting methods and the fidelity of counterfeit currencies will affect conviction and sentencing; how to deal with the act of making or selling printing plates, etc. |
