| Abstract: | The Fourth Plenary Session of the Seventeenth Central proposes a strategic mission of the construction of a learning Party of Marxism.As the Party school is the main position of training in rotation cadres at all levels,we should bring its function of theoretic education,research and consultation,melting stove of the Party character and study platform into full play in a process of the construction of a learning Party of Marxism. |
